As CEO of The Hair Agency, Haroula's passion for the beauty industry has fueled her vision to create an elevated salon in Miami that offers all of the latest industry trends.
Her goal is for every single client to leave her chair with their dream hair. Her favorite thing to do behind the chair is brunette balayage but loves all lived in color.
Haroula received her Cosmetology license in 2015 and received her BA in Entrepreneurship from The Fashion Institute of Technology in 2019.
For fun, Haroula loves spending time at home with her boyfriend or having wine nights with friends. She loves galavanting around new cities but is a true beach bum at heart.

Chelsea is a Miami based hairstylist with over 7 years of experience. Originally from NYC, she graduated from the Career School of NY in 2015 and since then, has been trained under some of New York city's top stylists.
She specializes in lived in blondes and brunettes, and is certified in several methods of hair extensions. Each service is uniquely customized, to ensure that every client's hair complements their personal style and individuality.
Her mission is for every person who leaves her chair to be the best and most beautiful version of themselves!
When she isn't doing hair, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband and two cats. She also loves cooking vegan dishes, reading, and traveling the world!

Athina has had a passion for the beauty industry from a young age. She’s a firm believer in loving what you do and that’s exactly how she feels behind the chair.
Athina natural talent has been strengthened through courses led by top industry professionals.
She specializes in lived in, dimensional color that only gets better as time goes on. She loves all color, but brunettes have a special place in her heart.
Outside of the salon, you can find her at happy hour with friends or a pilates class! She also enjoys long walks or reading, especially at the beach.

Originally from Massachusetts, Izzy has always had a deep love for the beauty industry. After spending three years as an assistant, she has spent the past year and a half behind the chair, where her creativity and passion truly shine. Dedicated to ongoing education, Izzy is committed to delivering her best work to every client, every time.
She specializes in blondes and dimensional color that grows out seamlessly, while also enjoying the opportunity to add playful touches with the occasional fashion shade. Izzy is equally skilled in cutting, from soft, lived-in layers to curly cuts that embrace and enhance natural texture.
Outside the salon, Izzy enjoys exploring Florida’s nature trails and discovering new coffee spots. She’s always up for an adventure and finds joy in spending time outdoors and experiencing something new.
